About The Position

MobileOne, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is hiring a bilingual (Spanish) Retail Sales Representative for its Red Cliffs location. The role focuses on proactively engaging customers, understanding their wireless needs, and selling devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions. Representatives work toward monthly performance goals and develop their sales skills through coaching, accountability, and repetition, while representing the brand professionally and maintaining an excellent store environment. The position offers earning potential of $27.45–$34.24 per hour, uncapped commission, a $700 ramp-up bonus, a guaranteed minimum 10% commission during the ramp-up period, monthly SPIFFs and incentives, referral bonuses, and bilingual compensation. Requirements

Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Able to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Bilingual Spanish ability, as indicated by the role title.
