About The Position

The Retail Sales Representative at T-Mobile Premium Retailer TCC Wireless works in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment as a connection between customers and the T-Mobile brand. The role focuses on delivering customer service, building lasting relationships, learning wireless devices and service plans, and meeting revenue and performance goals. Compensation is described as base pay plus commission, with the opportunity to make up to $20 or more per hour all in. The representative supports daily store operations, including opening and closing, cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits. They help customers with service activations and changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessories, plan changes, and upgrades, while maintaining store standards and following company policies. The position requires the ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 6 months of experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
Professional, energetic, honest, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
Ability to problem-solve, analyze results, plan for the future, and make sound decisions.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to stand for long periods on the sales floor.
Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual skills and efficiencies, particularly Spanish, are preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, answer phones, assess customer needs, and provide world-class customer service.
Drive monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, and meeting quality metrics.
Build relationships with TCC Wireless employees and customers across business channels.
Work with store management to open, close, and operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits in accordance with operational control standards.
Comply with company policies and procedures.
Maintain the store, back room, restrooms, and individual work area according to retail store standards.
Explore customer needs and support service activations and changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessory sales, price plan changes, and upgrades.
Achieve assigned performance metrics.
