About The Position

MobileOne, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is hiring a bilingual (Spanish) Retail Sales Representative. The role focuses on proactively engaging customers, identifying their wireless needs, and selling devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions. Representatives work toward monthly performance goals and represent the brand professionally while maintaining an excellent store environment. The position offers uncapped commission, a stated earning potential of $29.41 per hour, a $700 ramp-up bonus, a guaranteed minimum 10% commission to help new hires start, monthly incentives, referral bonuses, and bilingual compensation.
