About The Position

MobileOne, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Bilingual Retail Sales Representative for its Renton Highlands location. The role focuses on proactively engaging customers, identifying their wireless needs, and selling devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions. Representatives work in a competitive, goal-driven environment, receive regular coaching, and are expected to provide professional customer experiences while maintaining an excellent store environment. The position offers earning potential of $28.72–$37.68 per hour, including uncapped commissions, a $700 ramp-up bonus, and a guaranteed minimum 10% commission to help new representatives get started. Additional compensation opportunities include monthly SPIFFs and incentives, referral bonuses, and bilingual compensation.
