About The Position

The Retail Sales Lead (Keyholder) assists store management in achieving sales targets and supporting long-term business growth. The role provides premium customer service, maintains store standards, and helps ensure effective daily store operations. The Lead may assume the Store Manager’s responsibilities in their absence and supports other areas of the retail location as business requires.

Requirements

High school/secondary school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of retail experience.
Ability to understand directions and communicate in English.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and management staff.
Courteous and helpful attitude.
Ability to manage personal time and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, lift 10 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Use customer service training principles and build strong connections with customers.
Understand expectations and achieve targeted sales goals.
Ensure 100% zone coverage and develop strong product expertise.
Follow retail standards, including attendance and conduct standards.
Complete daily restocking and maintain merchandising standards.
Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations, shipping and receiving, store opening and closing, and customization as needed.
Assume the Store Manager’s responsibilities when the Store Manager is absent.
Partner with the Store Manager and internal and external partners to plan upcoming shipments, develop strategies, and identify business opportunities.
Plan and execute product flow, including markdowns, transitions, and refills.
Perform store opening and closing responsibilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
