About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Sales Lead is a key member of the store leadership team, supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, developing the team, and creating an exceptional experience for every Squishable fan during the busy holiday season. The role helps lead the sales floor, supports seasonal promotions and merchandising, and provides day-to-day direction to team members. It also supports opening, closing, and keyholder responsibilities as assigned. The seasonal role runs from November 2026 through early January 2027.

Requirements

• Comfortable receiving and providing feedback and helping keep the team focused on shared goals.
• Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• At least 1 year of retail, customer service, or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in delivering a fun, welcoming, and efficient customer experience during the busy holiday season.
• Help lead the sales floor during peak periods, keeping the team focused on customer service and sales goals.
• Drive holiday sales through customer engagement, product recommendations, and strong knowledge of Squishable products.
• Support seasonal promotions, merchandising, replenishment, and maintaining an organized, well-stocked sales floor.
• Help manage customer flow and resolve concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
• Provide day-to-day direction and support to team members and jump in wherever needed during busy periods.
• Support opening, closing, and keyholder responsibilities as assigned.
