About The Position

Squishable is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Lead for its King of Prussia Mall store. The role is a key member of the store leadership team, supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, developing the team, and creating an exceptional experience for every Squishable customer during the busy holiday season. The ideal candidate is passionate about the store experience, organized, adaptable, confident, and committed to creating a welcoming customer experience and building relationships with customers.

The seasonal position runs from November 2026 through early January 2027. Team members must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The pay range is $16.00–$17.00 per hour. Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail, customer service, or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Passion for people and creating a fun, welcoming customer experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to stay positive and flexible during busy periods.
• Ability to work as a team player, motivate others, take initiative, and assist wherever needed.
• Comfort receiving and providing feedback and helping keep the team focused on shared goals.
• Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in delivering a fun, welcoming, and efficient customer experience during the busy holiday season.
• Help lead the sales floor during peak periods, keeping the team focused on customer service and sales goals.
• Drive holiday sales through customer engagement, product recommendations, and strong knowledge of Squishable products.
• Support seasonal promotions, merchandising, replenishment, and maintaining an organized, well-stocked sales floor.
• Help manage customer flow and resolve concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
• Provide day-to-day direction and support to team members and assist wherever needed during busy periods.
• Support opening, closing, and keyholder responsibilities, as assigned.
