About The Position

We are a fast-growing international portfolio of beauty brands, built to create products people genuinely love and use every day. We are seeking an experienced retail expert to build and lead our retail business in North America. This person will own the retail channel end-to-end, from expanding our existing partnerships to securing new national retail accounts and developing the long-term retail strategy for one of the fastest-growing men's skincare brands. This is a rare opportunity to build the retail function from the ground up inside a founder-led, high-growth company. This is a remote position based in Miami, Florida, working closely with Particle’s team and leadership based in Tel Aviv, Israel. The role requires regular travel within the U.S. for retailer meetings, industry events, and other business needs, as well as travel to our Tel Aviv headquarters approximately 1–2 times per year.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience selling into major U.S. retailers.
• Significant experience in the beauty, personal care, health & wellness, consumer products, lifestyle brands, or other consumer packaged goods (CPG).
• Demonstrated success launching brands into national retail chains.
• Existing relationships with buyers at major U.S. retailers - Big Advantage.
• Track record of negotiating national retail agreements.
• Strong understanding of category management, merchandising, and retail economics.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort building functions from scratch.
• Based in the Miami area and comfortable working remotely with a global team.
• Willing and able to travel regularly within the U.S. and internationally to Israel approximately 1–2 times per year.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Particle's retail business across North America, serving as the commercial lead for the retail channel.
• Manage and expand relationships with existing retail partners, driving sales, distribution, merchandising, and promotional opportunities.
• Identify, develop, and close new retail partnerships with leading national retailers across North America.
• Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and retailer presentations through negotiations, onboarding, and national rollout.
• Develop retail account strategies, pricing, assortment, merchandising, and promotional plans to maximize long-term growth.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to successfully execute retail initiatives.
• Build scalable retail processes, reporting, and commercial best practices to support continued expansion.
• Represent Particle in retailer meetings, line reviews, and key commercial negotiations.
• Build and lead the retail function as the business grows, helping shape the company's long-term omnichannel strategy.
