At Monteith's Best-One Tire & Auto Care, Retail Tire Sales Associates handle customer service, retail tire sales, and automotive service sales. Associates learn and apply product knowledge, recognize and recommend needed vehicle maintenance and repairs, and use strong organizational and computer skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking.

Requirements

• Have the ability to learn and apply product knowledge and recognize and recommend needed vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail sales environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, schedule appointments, and answer the telephone in accordance with company requirements.
• Diagnose tire-related problems, recommend service, and quote prices.
• Ensure necessary repairs are completed as ordered and priced as quoted.
• Follow each customer's vehicle from entry into the service bay through completion of work.
• Maintain effective relationships with customers and dealer personnel, and keep customers informed of changes.
• Oversee customer satisfaction and resolve problems that arise.
• Maximize departmental profitability.
