Retail Sales Consultant - TALLAHASSEE, FL
About The Position
AT&T is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find products and services that meet their needs. The role uses a consultative sales approach to create meaningful customer connections, explain available options, and meet sales targets while earning commission. Consultants work with AT&T devices, services, and other products, and may participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers. The position is based at the Tallahassee, Florida store. The schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and includes weekends. Monthly schedules are based on seniority and are provided two weeks in advance. This is a fast-paced role that requires flexibility as technology and customer needs evolve. AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching; prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required.
