Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
The Retail Sales Consultant helps customers identify their needs and discover how AT&T products meet them. The role involves staying current on data and entertainment technology and devices, demonstrating products, and providing prompt, courteous customer service. Consultants work in a fast-paced team environment, multitask, and bring a competitive spirit to meeting and exceeding sales goals. The position is based at the AT&T retail location at 1865 E Parks Hwy in Wasilla, Alaska. It is a regular role scheduled for 40 hours per week. Pay is $16.93–$26.70 per hour, plus commissions; the posting states that meeting all sales goals can provide $13,700+ in commissions and that top sellers who exceed goals can earn $62,460 per year. Starting pay within the range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training.
