About The Position

The Retail Sales Consultant builds meaningful customer connections by using personalized, consultative sales expertise to guide customers through product and service options. The role works toward sales targets and earns commission through sales of AT&T devices and services. Work also includes participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The position is based at the AT&T retail location at 3738 W 11th Ave in Eugene, Oregon, and has 40 weekly hours. The schedule operates between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends. Monthly schedules based on seniority are available two weeks in advance. This is a fast-paced environment where flexibility and openness to change help employees keep up with evolving technology and customer needs. AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching to help employees meet and exceed goals, including those without previous sales experience.
