Bilingual Mandarin Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
AT&T is hiring a bilingual Mandarin and English Retail Sales Consultant to create meaningful customer connections using personalized sales expertise. The role uses a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product and service options, meet sales targets, and earn commission through sales of AT&T devices and services. Additional starting pay may be available for bilingual employees. The position is based in a fast-paced retail environment. In addition to working on the sales floor, the consultant participates in community events, fills online orders, and makes outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are available two weeks in advance. AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching to help employees meet and exceed their goals. The stated earnings range is $47,000 to $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting pay may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training, and the range depends on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Requirements
- Speak Mandarin and English.
- Be available to work a schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends.
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; it is not required.
