Bilingual Armenian Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
AT&T is hiring a bilingual Armenian and English Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find products and services that meet their needs. The role uses a consultative sales approach to guide customers through available options, build meaningful customer connections, meet sales targets, and earn commission through sales of AT&T products and services. The position also involves participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching for employees to meet and exceed sales goals. The work takes place in a fast-paced retail environment, with a schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. that includes weekends. Monthly schedules based on seniority are provided two weeks in advance. New Retail Sales Consultants earn between $57,016 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities. Starting salary within the range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training, and the range assumes sales goals are met or exceeded. Qualified hires may be eligible for a $4,000 sign-on bonus, subject to the stated eligibility and repayment terms. The role is located at 207 N Brand Blvd, Glendale, California.
