About The Position
Swarovski is hiring a seasonal Retail Sales Consultant at Carlsbad Outlets in Carlsbad, California. The Sales Consultant delivers exceptional customer service, creates memorable brand experiences, and inspires customers with knowledge and passion for Swarovski products while achieving sales goals and contributing to a vibrant team. Pay is estimated at $14.00–$16.00, with the ability to participate in a sales incentive bonus program; the program applies to regular employees and does not apply to seasonal hires. Swarovski creates crystal-based products and sells crystals, gemstones, Swarovski Created Diamonds, zirconia, jewelry, accessories, and home décor.
