Bilingual Vietnamese Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
AT&T is hiring a bilingual Vietnamese Retail Sales Consultant to create meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise. The role uses a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product and service options, meet sales targets, and earn commission using AT&T’s range of devices and services. The position also involves participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Training, tools, and coaching are provided to help employees meet and exceed goals, including those without previous sales experience. This is a fast-paced retail role requiring flexibility as technology and customer needs change. The schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and includes weekends. Monthly schedules based on seniority are provided two weeks in advance. The listed earnings range is $57,016 to $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities; actual starting pay may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training, and the range assumes sales goals are met or exceeded.
Requirements
- Speak Vietnamese and English.
- Be available to work a schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends.
- Be flexible and open to change in a fast-paced environment.
