Bilingual Vietnamese Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant who speaks Vietnamese and English to help customers choose products and services. The role offers hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities, and bilingual employees may receive additional starting pay. Consultants use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options and build meaningful customer connections. The role also involves participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching; prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus but is not required. The schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and includes weekends. Monthly schedules based on seniority are available two weeks in advance. This is a fast-paced environment, so flexibility and openness to change help employees keep up with evolving technology and customer needs. The position is located at 7501 Edinger Ave, Huntington Beach, California, and is listed as 40 hours per week.
