About The Position

Skechers is hiring an entry-level Retail Sales Associate, also known as a Product Specialist, to engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to store success. The role involves advising customers on Skechers products, working toward sales goals, maintaining merchandise and displays, processing transactions, and collaborating with the store team. Associates receive on-the-job training and may have opportunities to grow into regular employment or future part-time or full-time leadership roles. The position requires standing for most of the shift and occasional lifting and carrying of shoes and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities.
• Eager to deliver excellent customer service and driven to meet and exceed retail sales goals.
• Able to represent the Skechers brand with energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities
