About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate, also known as a Product Specialist, is an entry-level retail position at Skechers. The role focuses on engaging customers, providing personalized product advice and exceptional service, contributing to sales goals, and helping maintain an inviting, well-organized store. Associates also process customer payments, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with coworkers to meet company standards. The work involves being on your feet for most of the shift and occasionally lifting and carrying shoes and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
