About The Position

Pendleton is seeking a professional and engaging Seasonal Part-time Retail Sales Associate for their Monterey, CA store location. This role is temporary, running from now through mid-January, with an expected 16 hours per week. The associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building product knowledge, assisting with visual merchandising, processing sales transactions, supporting inventory, and contributing to a positive store environment. The position requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, and involves physical demands such as standing, walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, and occasional ladder use.

Requirements

2+ years of retail or customer service experience
Strong communication skills and a passion for people
Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn
Tech-comfortable: able to navigate POS systems and store tools
Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings
Comfortable with the physical demands of the role (standing/walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, occasional ladder use)
