About The Position

Vuori’s Retail Sales Associate builds connections with customers and communicates the brand’s values through product knowledge and an upbeat, optimistic approach. The role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience, achieving sales goals in a team-based commission environment, and supporting store operations and visual merchandising. This is a seasonal position running from November 16, 2026, through January 17, 2027.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting relationships with customers.
Work with the sales team to ensure customers receive excellent service; greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide knowledgeable, honest feedback on merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge, including knowledge of the broader fashion and activewear landscape, to serve customers as an expert.
Assist with projects while keeping the customer experience a priority.
Communicate inventory needs to support business goals and collaborate with management on inventory management.
Keep the sales floor stocked each evening.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and execute cash-control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and consistent with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
