About The Position

Retail Sales Associates support the customer experience across retail, rental, custom, and omnichannel services at a store location. They help customers from greeting through post-sale contact, use established selling techniques, contribute to store sales goals, assist with merchandising and stock counts, and operate the cash register. Team members may have the opportunity to work voluntarily across multiple store or site locations and brands. Requirements

• Provide customer-focused service and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
• Be willing to learn and adapt to new programs.
• Work well and consult with retail sales associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Stand and walk for most of the work shift; frequently bend, squat, and twist; lift up to 50 pounds; climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies; and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results.
• Build customer relationships from greeting through post-sale contact.
• Demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
• Encourage and participate in team selling and contribute to store sales volume and metrics goals.
• Assist with visual merchandising, setup, store-related projects, and merchandise stock counts.
• Operate the store cash register as a cashier.
