About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate helps create a signature experience for every guest visiting a LEGO® store. The role includes greeting guests, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner. Associates help provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating store environment by completing daily cleaning duties, maintaining displays, and following LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards. They also support stockroom operations, merchandise receiving, safety practices, customer issue resolution, customer engagement, promotional materials, and loyalty programs. Associates are typically responsible for store operational tasks while on duty.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and provide a signature LEGO® store experience.
• Perform cash register functions and maintain a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner.
• Complete daily cleaning duties and maintain store displays and LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
• Assist with receiving merchandise and safely and efficiently operate and maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards.
• Follow safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations.
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to a manager.
• Engage with customers and use promotional materials and loyalty programs.
• Perform store operational tasks while on duty.
