About The Position

Retail Sales Associates contribute to Bob’s Discount Furniture’s success and expansion by helping customers bring their home design ideas to life. They deliver world-class service in a low-pressure, gimmick-free sales environment and work in a supportive, fun, team-oriented setting. The role combines customer service, relationship building, consultative selling, product knowledge, and comfort with digital tools and point-of-sale systems. Bob’s offers full-time and part-time opportunities, flexible retail schedules, and an hourly advance/draw against uncapped commission. Expected first-year earnings typically range from $45,000 to $65,000 annually.

Requirements

• Energetic and self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
