About The Position
Squishable is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to represent the brand and provide a memorable customer experience during the holiday season. Associates learn the company’s products and use that knowledge and strong communication skills to deliver a high level of customer service and build relationships with customers. The seasonal role runs from November 2026 through early January 2027.
Requirements
- Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment.
- Ability to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Responsibilities
- Perform point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously during the busy holiday season.
- Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience.
- Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
- Support opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
