About The Position

Squishable is hiring a seasonal Retail Sales Associate to represent the brand and deliver a fun, memorable customer experience during the holiday season. Associates learn Squishable’s products and use that knowledge to provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers. The seasonal role runs from November 2026 through early January 2027 at Kenwood Towne Centre.

Requirements

• Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail experience; pop-up, promotional, or boutique experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Previous experience in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Process point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously during the holiday season.
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable in-store holiday shopping experience.
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
