About The Position

Saatva is seeking Sleep Guides for its nationwide network of Viewing Rooms. Sleep Guides provide an immersive, elevated experience with Saatva’s mattresses and bedding, representing the brand through sophisticated service and expert product knowledge. They help customers make informed decisions about sleep and build lasting relationships with customers and team members.

The role involves helping customers in person, by phone, and through live chat. Sleep Guides explain product benefits, answer questions, and resolve issues. They are expected to attend scheduled shifts regularly and be available to work weekends and major retail holidays.

Requirements

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills, with a commitment to high-quality results.
• Comfort using personal computers and related software, including navigating multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience; Saatva is willing to train the right candidate.
• 1 year of telecommunications or call center experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and team members in person during scheduled shifts.
• Clearly communicate product benefits and answer customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, including basic and complex issues by phone, live chat, and in person on the showroom floor.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Become a product expert to confidently assist customers.
• Maintain timely and regular attendance during scheduled shifts.
• Work weekends and major retail holidays.
