About The Position

Skechers is hiring an entry-level retail Sales Associate, also known as a Product Specialist. The role focuses on helping customers choose Skechers products, delivering exceptional service, supporting sales goals, and contributing to a welcoming, well-organized store. Associates also perform cashier duties, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with the store team. The position involves being on your feet for most of the shift and occasional lifting and carrying of shoes and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, with evening and weekend availability.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities.
• Eager to provide excellent customer service and motivated to meet and exceed retail sales goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
