About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services. Through warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach, you help make visits memorable, build trust and customer loyalty, and achieve sales goals. You also help maintain a clean, organized, inviting sales floor and fitting rooms. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. During the day, they engage customers in friendly conversations, maintain a shoppable space by recovering floors and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and thank them for their visit. The role involves teamwork, dependable attendance, adapting to changing priorities, and using electronic devices and register equipment.
