About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate/Photographer to create enjoyable Santa photo experiences for families at Stanford Shopping Center. The role welcomes and engages guests, photographs holiday moments, and provides souvenirs while delivering warm, attentive service. Associates help keep photo operations running smoothly, operate point-of-sale and photography equipment, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Photography experience is not required. The role requires at least 20 hours per week or as needed, with flexibility for peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training meetings and required courses must be completed.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to process sales transactions and feel comfortable handling cash.
• Wear professional attire and maintain good hygiene.
• Be available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Be flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, welcoming and caring for every family.
• Work as part of the team to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers in a friendly, patient, and festive manner.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
