About The Position
As a Retail Sales Associate, you are the first and last person customers interact with. You guide customers through the parts yard, answer questions, help them locate parts, process transactions, and contribute to an excellent customer experience and smooth retail operation. The role involves working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions and supporting teammates while upholding the company’s core values of Respect, Help, Learn, and Grow.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail, call center, or hospitality.
- Confidence using computers, kiosks, and mobile devices.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet throughout the day.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Basic automotive parts or repair knowledge.
- Automotive parts sales experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, identifying their needs.
- Help customers find parts using digital tools.
- Process cash and card transactions quickly and accurately.
- Receive and process car titles and paperwork.
- Share promotions, warranties, and events with customers.
- Keep the store and yard clean and organized.
- Provide friendly and efficient service.
