About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Pull-A-Part, you will be the first and last person customers interact with. You will guide customers through the parts yard, answer questions, process transactions, and help ensure customers leave with the assistance they need. The role supports an excellent customer experience and smooth retail operations. Work involves indoor and outdoor conditions, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the day. Weekend, holiday, and overtime availability is required as needed.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail, call center, or hospitality.
• Confidence using computers, kiosks, and mobile devices.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet throughout the day.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Basic automotive parts or repair knowledge.
• Automotive parts sales experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, identifying their needs.
