About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate helps deliver customer service at the DTW Metro Airport location. The role involves promoting products and special offers, resolving customer issues, maintaining store presentation and cleanliness, processing transactions, managing inventory activities, completing paperwork and process controls, following safety policies, and complying with cash-handling protocols. The listed schedule is 3:45 a.m.–12:15 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with Sunday, Tuesday, and Saturday off.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated, able to multitask, and adaptable.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and basic math.
• Willingness to pass background checks and meet FAA requirements.
• Comfortable with computer work and physical tasks.
• Flexible to work various shifts in a team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

• Preferably one year of retail or customer service experience.
