About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate supports sales and delivers customer service at the DTW Metro Airport location. The role includes promoting special offerings, resolving customer issues, completing transactions using a POS system, maintaining store appearance and cleanliness, handling inventory processes, completing paperwork and process controls, and following safety and cash-handling policies. The listed shift is 3:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday; Sunday, Tuesday, and Saturday are off.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible to work various shifts in a team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated, able to multitask, and adaptable.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and basic math.
• Willingness to pass background checks and meet FAA requirements.
• Comfortable with computer work and physical tasks.

• Preferably one year of retail or customer service experience.
