About The Position
As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable shopping experiences. You learn about each customer’s needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect customers with appropriate products and services. You use product knowledge and customer engagement to achieve sales goals and build customer loyalty. You also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top-selling items, and staying informed about trends and promotions. During the day, they welcome customers and build relationships, maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share Loyalty program benefits, provide helpful and courteous service, collaborate with teammates, and work to improve individual and store results.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges.
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
- Resourcefulness and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Ability to frequently use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and process register transactions.
