About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague in the Womens Shoes department, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, connect them with appropriate products and services, and work toward sales goals through customer engagement and effective selling behaviors. You help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping space. The role is seasonal and includes required weekend shifts; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Colleagues support one another and work to improve individual and store results. The position requires frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers. Physical activities include talking, lifting, constant movement, standing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
