The Retail Sales Associate assists Ollie's customers and helps maintain the store's appearance. The role is responsible for customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance. Requirements

• A positive attitude and willingness to work as a team player to serve customers.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience of six months is not required; new Associates may be trained.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer using Ollie's “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” approach to build long-term customer loyalty.
• Manage cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of the store and its inventory, weekly deals, and customer value offerings.
• Assist with freight logistics.
• Merchandise products and help maintain the store's appearance.
• Provide customer service and support store maintenance.
