About The Position

Retail Sales Associates support the customer experience across retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel businesses within a store location. They serve customers from greeting through post-sale contact, use established selling techniques, contribute to sales goals, and support store operations and merchandising. Associates may have the opportunity to voluntarily work at multiple store or site locations and across multiple brands. Requirements

Provide customer service by being customer-ready and delivering a world-class experience.
Show a desire to learn and adapt to new programs.
Work well and consult with retail sales associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment.
Stand and walk for the majority of the work shift; frequently bend, squat, and twist; lift up to 50 lbs.; climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies; and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.

Responsibilities

Engage as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results.
Build customer relationships from greeting through post-sale contact.
Demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
Encourage and participate in team selling and contribute positively to store sales volume and metrics goals.
Assist with visual merchandising, setup, store-related projects, and merchandise stock counts.
Handle the cash register at the store point of sale.
