About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Sunglass Hut, you will provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and brand loyalty. The role is in a Sunglass Hut shop-in-shop inside a Bass Pro store. You will assist customers, maintain visual standards, stay informed about products, and represent the brand while supporting customer retention, including service for VIP clientele.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining committed to an excellent customer experience.
Self-motivated and a team player.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers to promote an excellent customer experience.
Inform merchandisers and managers about stocking needs.
Maintain visual standards set by management and the company.
Resolve customer issues and involve management when needed.
Provide high-touch assistance to VIP clientele and support their retention.
Stay informed about the current product assortment and represent the brand as a knowledgeable ambassador.
Listen to and follow instructions from management or a superior.
Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Comply with professional regulations, internal rules, and the company’s code of conduct.
Attend and participate in occasional work meetings.
Be punctual for shifts and proactively communicate obstacles to a manager.
Represent the brand by drawing on personal style and connections to local and broader communities.
