About The Position

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting customer relationships.
Work with the sales team to provide each customer with the best possible service.
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide knowledgeable, honest feedback on merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge, including broader fashion and activewear trends, to serve customers as an expert.
Assist with projects while keeping the customer experience in focus.
Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening.
Collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Follow cash-control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
