About The Position

Our Sales Associates promote the company’s culture, values, and mission. The Seasonal Sales Associate shares an enthusiasm for fashion and works to create an excellent shopping experience for customers. The role involves connecting with customers, meeting sales goals, sharing product knowledge, offering style advice, and contributing to a clean, organized store and positive team environment.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Build customer relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Offer fashion advice that reflects customers’ personal styles.
• Use product knowledge to help meet customers’ needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned tasks such as floor sets, replenishing the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a good environment for customers and coworkers.
• Model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
