About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, provide personalized recommendations, connect them with suitable products and services, and build trust and loyalty while working toward sales goals. The role includes engaging with customers on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, maintaining product knowledge, and helping keep the shopping environment clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. Throughout the day, they build customer relationships, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, support merchandise moves, share loyalty-program benefits, and provide a sincere closing experience. Teamwork, dependable attendance, adaptability, and ongoing learning support individual and store results. This is a part-time position at River Oaks Center.
