About The Position
As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for store customers. Best Buy provides training to help you confidently recommend technology products and services that meet each customer’s needs. The role may suit someone passionate about sales or helping people. You’ll welcome and engage customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, make recommendations across departments, and complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges. You’ll maintain product and service knowledge through ongoing learning, help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders. The position requires at least three months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights, and weekends.
