About The Position

The role focuses on personalized customer service, sales, cashier duties, product knowledge, store upkeep, and collaboration with the team. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide personalized advice about Skechers products.
• Contribute to individual and store retail sales goals.
• Organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise to maintain the store.
• Process customer payments accurately and perform cashier responsibilities.
• Stay informed about Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories and share product details with customers.
• Work with other employees to create an inviting store environment that reflects Skechers standards.
• Lift and carry shoes and boxes, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, and remain on your feet throughout most of the shift.
