About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the store for customers. Best Buy provides training to help you confidently recommend technology products and services that meet each customer’s needs. The role is suited to someone with a passion for sales or helping people.

You’ll welcome and assist customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, and make recommendations across departments. You’ll also handle cashier duties, maintain the sales floor, keep your product knowledge current, and help with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products, answer questions, and recommend products and services that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
