About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you recommend technology products and services that meet each customer’s needs. The role is suited to someone interested in sales or helping people.

You’ll welcome and engage customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, make recommendations across departments, handle purchases and returns at the register, maintain product knowledge, keep the sales floor clean and stocked, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders. The schedule is flexible and includes holidays, nights, and weekends.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and recommend products and services to meet customer needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate product knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
