About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for store customers. Best Buy provides training to help you recommend technology products and services that fit each customer’s needs. The position is suited to people interested in sales or helping others.

The role includes engaging customers, demonstrating products, answering questions, making recommendations across departments, completing cashier transactions, keeping product and service knowledge current, maintaining the sales floor, and assisting with pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products, answer questions, and recommend products and services that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain relevant knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
