As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, provide personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services. Through customer engagement, product knowledge, and smart selling behaviors, you work toward sales goals, build trust, and inspire customer loyalty. The role also involves maintaining a clean, organized, inviting, and shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms, and is not limited to cashier duties. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and getting the sales floor ready for customers. During the day, they welcome and assist shoppers, maintain merchandise presentation, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, support merchandise moves, promote the Loyalty program, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The position requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as dependable attendance and punctuality. Physical requirements include talking, lifting, frequent movement, standing, reaching, and use of computers and other technology. The role offers competitive pay and benefits, including health and wellness coverage, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and paid holidays.
