About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services. Through product knowledge, customer engagement, and smart selling behaviors, you work toward sales goals, build trust, and encourage customer loyalty. The role is centered on customer service and selling, rather than simply operating a cash register. You also help keep the shopping area clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. They welcome customers, build personal connections, explain loyalty benefits, and finish each interaction with attentive service. Teamwork, honesty, care, collaboration, and continuous improvement support both customer service and store results. This is a part-time role. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week; schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The position requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
