Vuori is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at Las Vegas North Premium Outlets. The role focuses on building customer connections and communicating Vuori’s brand values through product knowledge and an optimistic, engaging approach. Associates create a memorable customer experience, help customers find products and sizes, and contribute to a clean, organized, well-merchandised store. The position also supports sales goals, inventory management, cash-control procedures, and other store operations.

Responsibilities

Build lasting relationships with customers and provide an unforgettable customer experience.
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Work with the sales team to ensure customers receive excellent service.
Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide informed feedback about merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge about fashion and activewear to serve customers as an expert.
Assist with projects while maintaining a focus on customer experience.
Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
Stock the sales floor every evening.
Collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and execute cash-control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
